Concept and thesis development
We identified the whitespace between AI assistants and productivity tools. The insight: senior operators don't need more features, they need fewer decisions. We shaped the core thesis around cognitive load reduction and contextual intelligence.
Product architecture
Working with a small founding team, we mapped the product architecture from first principles. Information hierarchy, interaction patterns, and the underlying AI orchestration layer were designed together rather than bolted on.
Team assembly
We sourced and vetted the founding engineering and design team through our network. Each hire was calibrated against the product's unique demands: AI fluency, taste, and the patience to build something genuinely new.
Go-to-market positioning
We're shaping the launch strategy around organic community building rather than paid acquisition. The target: operators who influence other operators. Word of mouth as a growth lever, not a hope.
